University of Sewing is proud to announce the arrival of the IU (Indiana University) Sample Gates Quilt pattern! This pattern uses the University of Sewing's first ever quilt panel that we designed in-house, combined with fabrics from our Cotton Supreme Solids to create a quilt top that is an homage to the unique architecture and history of Bloomington. The top boasts the beautiful Sample Gates Panel, which shows the sun rising over the iconic downtown entrance to Indiana University, and which is only available at the University of Sewing (order your panel here!). The bottom of this quilt top is designed to look like the carved limestone--pulled from Bloomington's own quarries--that is a part of what makes this little Midwestern town so special and dear to so many throughout the world!
