Hunter's Star quilt
Join Denise for this classic quilt pattern. The Hunter's Star block is so much fun to put together! This is a 2 session class. In the first class we will spend some time discussing fabric choices for this block. We will work step by step together with the Creative Grids ruler. It's almost magical how the piecing comes together.
Please bring your sewing machine, in good working order, with it's power cord and foot controller. Don't forget your 1/4" foot! You will also want to bring your basic sewing supplies such as thread snips, seam rippers and reading glasses if you use them.

The pattern calls for 7/8 yd each of 2 different contrasting fabrics, 1/4 yd for the inner border and 1/2 yard for the outer border.
We will only finish the top in this class.

| Instructor Bio: | Denise has been sewing for over 30 years. She is a quilter primarily but has recently taken up apparel sewing as well. She is enjoying her Q20 series and is very proficient at it. As a mom of 8, Denise is a particularly patient & natural teacher. |
