Ruler Work #201- With a panel (for DOMESTIC machines)
You have quilting ruler templates and you've taken the "Intro to Ruler work" Class, now what?? Let's put those templates to good use with a fabric panel designed to practice. In this 4-session class we will get lots of practice using straight and curved ruler work designs. Try petal designs, ribbon, piano keys and many more!
Classes will be every Friday in February: Feb 7, Feb 14, Feb 21 and Feb 28.
Please bring your machine (in good working order!) and its extension table. Your table, or a suitable flat surface is crucial to ruler work quilting. If you don't have your table, or your machine didn't come with one, no worries! We can set you up with something! You simply need to let me know before the first class. You will also need your ruler work foot. For Bernina machines, they are numbers #72, #72S and #96 If you don't have one for your Bernina, we can help. If you sew on something other than a Bernina, please make sure you have a dedicated ruler work foot for your machine.
Material provided: We will provide 2 quilt sandwiches for you; one to practice and one of the beautiful panel. We will also have thread for you but feel free to bring thread if there is some you (and your machine) particularly like.

| Instructor Bio: | Denise has been sewing for over 30 years. She is a quilter primarily but has recently taken up apparel sewing as well. She is enjoying her Q20 series and LOVES ruler work. As a mom of 8, Denise is a particularly patient & natural teacher. |
