Youth Sewing Camp Week 1

This 3-day camp will allow students to learn the basics of sewing by creating two items: a pillowcase and a pajama bottom. 

We invite you to come to our Youth Sewing Open House on Saturday, April 13th from 10:30 to 1 PM at the University of Sewing.  We will have 3 stations for youth and their parents to visit.  Students will gain knowledge of the sewing craft and test out a sewing machine.

The supply list will be posted after the Open House. Or you can receive one at the Open House.

Open to all Youth ages 9 - 14.  Call the University of Sewing with any questions.

Don't have a machine?  We have 20% off all Bernettes, always.  We are happy to find the right machine for your sewing student.


Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: If you own your machine, please know how to thread it.
Materials Included: Pattern Included. No other materials are included.
Requirements: Items on the supply list will be needed. A classroom sewing machine can be used for camp.
Instructor: Cheryl Rizzuto
Instructor Bio: Cheryl has a long history of teaching sewing through 4-H to students of all ages. She loves to create and inspire her students.
