Garment Class: Classic Princess Line Blouse
This is a 2 session class using Butterick 5538 view C only (View C has an easy collar and easy sleeve). This versatile princess seam blouse is easy to fit, easy to sew and easy to wear! It is designed for fluid fabrics like any of the rayon, viscose, or lawns we have in the store. If you have a fabric you wish to use from home, bring it to the first class. Don't forget, you get a 20% discount on all class supplies including fabric!
We will supply the pattern.
The first class will cover the getting the correct size, fitting, and cutting out if possible. The classroom will be open after class for you to finish cutting out if needed.
The second class will cover sewing the blouse. You will get most of the sewing done in the second class, but there will be an open sew class available if you need to stay. The book we will use for reference is The Sewing Book by Alison Smith.

| Skill Details: | Know how to thread and basic use of your sewing machine. This class will be good for a confident beginner as well. |
| Requirements: | Please bring a basic sewing kit of pins, sharp scissors, thread to match your fabric, some tape, pen/pencil, and machine in good working order with all of the attachments and cords, foot pedal, etc. |
